• Accept my own unchangeables and the unchangeables of others,

• Listen before I form an opinion.

The eastern box turtle is unable to fight, so it must tolerate the curious raccoons trying to get into their shell to eat the soft meat which he considers a delicacy.  The turtle stays inside his defensive shell and patiently waits while the raccoon turns and tosses him and finally gives up.
