Wisdom
Seeing and responding to life situations from a perspective that transcends my current circumstances
vs. Foolishness
Great Horned Owl
For centuries, the great horned owl has been regarded as a symbol of wisdom. One reason is because the owl has two large, round eyes; sharp hearing; and one very small mouth.
I WILL:
-
Listen to those with experience.
-
Learn from correction.
-
Choose friends carefully.
-
Remember there are consequences for every action.
-
Evaluate the right thing to do.
Quote
"Wisdom consists, not in stumbling on truth by chance, but in marking, learning, and inwardly digesting it."
-La Rochefoucauld
