Wisdom
Seeing and responding to life situations from a perspective that transcends my current circumstances

vs. Foolishness

Great Horned Owl
For centuries, the great horned owl has been regarded as a symbol of wisdom. One reason is because the owl has two large, round eyes; sharp hearing; and one very small mouth.

I WILL:

  • Listen to those with experience.

  • Learn from correction.

  • Choose friends carefully.

  • Remember there are consequences for every action.

  • Evaluate the right thing to do.

Quote
"Wisdom consists, not in stumbling on truth by chance, but in marking, learning, and inwardly digesting it."

-La Rochefoucauld
